Ann, her husband Doug, and son Noah joined OLIH after moving to Ankeny in 2004. Noah currently lives in Iowa City where he attends Graduate School at UI.

As a family they have been and continue to be active in a variety of ministries at OLIH including adult and youth faith formation, serving as a lector, hospitality, sponsor couple, CDA, and CEW weekends. They are blessed with having met and continue to meet many friends at OLIH.

Ann is the owner of The Wright Coaching and Training Solutions and works as a leadership and team coach and learning and development facilitator. Doug is a crop insurance underwriter at Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance.
