I have been a parishioner of OLIH since I moved to Polk City in 2021 from Fairfield Iowa. Although a Costa Rican native, Iowa has been my home for the past 31 years.

Our Lady’s has strengthen my faith and has become such a special place in my life. Our Faith has brought together such a beautiful community where you always feel welcome. Our Faith community continues to grow and it is wonderful to call you my family in Christ.

I have been involved as a Faith Formation Instructor, teaching both fourth and second grade and I love it! I am also part of OLIH Eucharistic Ministers and now serving the Pastoral Council.

I feel blessed to be part of this community and look forward on meeting you! Please know that I am here for you! If you see me around, Sundays 8:30 mass, come say hello.
