How do I receive Holy Communion or the Sacrament of Confession if I am in the hospital, care center, or homebound?

Call the Office with these requests. (515-964-3038). Not all hospitals notify us that a parishioner has been admitted and we rely on families to give us a call for assistance.  Be aware that the major hospitals in our area have Catholic chaplains and Eucharistic Ministers. Depending on medical protocols, the Chaplain or Eucharistic Minister can also bring you communion at your request. 

How do I receive communion if I am homebound?

Contact the Office (515-964-3038) and a member of the Heart of Mary Homebound Ministry will come visit you and bring communion.
